Stayed at the Bull Pen (self-catering accommodation) for the second time and were as delighted this time as we were a couple of years ago. Chris and Clare are excellent hosts and the accommodation is immaculate, very clean and very comfortable. The welcome hamper they provide is lovely and provides a great selection of provisions to get us started. The location is brilliant, being within easy striking distance of both the coast and inland attractions.

Stayed in the Bull Pen cottage, in the Farmhouse grounds absolutely beautiful, with views on all sides. The accommodation was first class and the welcome hamper delicious 😋. A lovely weeks stay.

The Bull Pen @The Farmhouse is warm and welcoming. A great place to stay for a weekend or longer. It is beautifully laid out with lots of special touches, a welcome hamper, luxury toiletries in the bathroom, plenty of logs for the fire. Greeted on our arrival by Clare who made us very welcome. Loved our stay and will definitely want to come back again Thank you.

Wonderful event, we enjoyed everything. Great home cooked food, hot chocolate and marshmallows. Fabulous welcome and brilliant hosts. Informative talk and got some great pictures of the moon, we were very lucky to have a clear night. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Curlew Cottage, The Farmhouse, which comfortably accommodated our group of adults and kids. The cottage is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the décor is welcoming and cosy. It’s really well equipped for holidaying with groups, with a washing machine and dryer (a must with children in the party!) a large, pretty garden, a games room and al fresco dining. The owners have thought of everything, from fancy toiletries to a scrumptious welcome hamper full of local goodies. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Yorkshire and guests are welcome to use the paths over the owner's private estate. Would definitely recommend!
